“Filthy room. When I complained they sent a maid up who brought me new towels and did a turn down. Still hair that wasn’t ours and everywhere. Totally gross. Room temp didn’t work, went die. To 45 degrees instead of up, making it ice cold. Never will I ever stay at a home2suite again.”
